I'm taking on 31 Miles this May for Mental Health UK
This May, I’m taking on 31 miles for Mental Health UK — but for me, this is so much more than just a challenge.
I struggle with my mental health every single day. It affects how I think, how I feel, and how I cope, and some days are harder than others.
In October 2023, I lost my uncle, Eoghan-Rua, to suicide. That loss is something I carry with me always. It’s a pain that doesn’t go away, and it’s a constant reminder of how important it is to have the right support.
This is why I’m doing this — for myself, for him, and for anyone else who is struggling in silence. No one should feel like they have to face this alone.
If you’re able to support me, I would really appreciate it. Every donation helps someone get the support they might need, when they need it most.
Thank you 🤍

My Updates
31 Miles… and Pushing Beyond 💜
Thursday 30th AprThis month, I’m taking on a 31-mile challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health—but I don’t want to stop there.
The challenge is to walk 31mile, but I’m aiming to go beyond that. Not just for the challenge, but for everyone who struggles in silence, for those we’ve lost, and for the people still fighting every day.
Mental health is something that’s deeply personal to me. It’s affected my life in ways that aren’t always visible, and I know I’m not alone in that. That’s why this means so much—because no one should feel like they have to face it alone.
Every extra mile I walk is for:
💜 Raising more awareness
💬 Encouraging open conversations
🤝 Supporting those who need help
I’ll be sharing updates along the way, and I’m determined to push myself as far as I can.
If you’re able to, please consider donating or even just sharing this page—it really does make a difference.
Thank you so much for your support 💜
