Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.

Team Malsis Hall Walks for Mental Health This May

This May, Team Malsis Hall will be walking 31 miles in support of Mental Health UK—a cause close to everything we do as a care home supporting adults on their recovery journey.

Organised by our Activity & Wellbeing Manager, Samantha, this challenge is about more than just miles. It’s about raising awareness, supporting one another, and celebrating progress—big or small.

We’re especially excited to involve our service users throughout the month, making this a shared journey of encouragement, inclusion, and positivity.

We’ll be tracking our progress along the way—so keep an eye out and cheer us on.
