We're taking on 31 Miles this May for Mental Health UK
This May Mark, Nay, Evelyn and Connor are taking on 31 miles to support Mental Health UK.
This is a cause close our hearts because mental health affects every part of our lives, and with the right support, people can navigate event the toughest times.
Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.
This is really about raising awareness but if you're able to support us we'd really appreciate it. Your donation will help more people get the support they need, when they need it most.
Thank you!

Thankyou
Sunday 31st May We have finished our final week which has included a many steps around Legoland! Thanks to eveyone who has sponsored us. It's not too late if you would still like to support us but mostly another reminder that we need to look after our mental health just as much as our physical health x Share
Last week
Sunday 24th May Heading into our final week, we have some walks planned over half term (with plenty of water!)
This week
Sunday 17th May Thankyou to our latest sponsors. This week we have been walking on the school runs and around Romford while we shopped. 2 more weeks to go 🙂 Share
Week 2
Sunday 10th May The weather has been kind so between us we've managed some more miles this week such as walking to school and to other appointments. We would really appreciate any donations but mostly to raise awareness this Mental Health month. It's so important to look after ourselves in body, mind and spirit 🙂 Share

Well done snells 👏
