We're taking on 31 Miles this May for Mental Health UK

This May Mark, Nay, Evelyn and Connor are taking on 31 miles to support Mental Health UK.

This is a cause close our hearts because mental health affects every part of our lives, and with the right support, people can navigate event the toughest times.

Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.

This is really about raising awareness but if you're able to support us we'd really appreciate it. Your donation will help more people get the support they need, when they need it most.

Thank you!

My Updates

Last week

Sunday 24th May
Heading into our final week, we have some walks planned over half term (with plenty of water!)
Please sponsor us if you can but mostly this is to say looking after our mental health is just as important as looking after our physical health x

This week

Sunday 17th May
Thankyou to our latest sponsors. This week we have been walking on the school runs and around Romford while we shopped. 2 more weeks to go 🙂

Week 2

Sunday 10th May
The weather has been kind so between us we've managed some more miles this week such as walking to school and to other appointments. We would really appreciate any donations but mostly to raise awareness this Mental Health month. It's so important to look after ourselves in body, mind and spirit 🙂

From Evelyn

Monday 4th May
Completed our 1 mile today full of seeing cute animals at hopefield animal sanctuary  I hope the next few days will include my fun journey to and from school.
