Supporting Mental Health, One Step At A Time
On 10th October 2026, my brother Reece and I (and hopefully some others who want to join our team!) will be taking on a 20k walk to raise money for Mental Health UK.
We know that mental health can affect anyone, at any stage of life. Many people face challenges that aren't always visible, and charities like Mental Health UK provide essential support, advice, and services to those who need them most.
We're challenging ourselves to complete this 20k walk in the hope of raising as much money as possible for this important cause. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help Mental Health UK continue the incredible work they do to support individuals and families across the UK.
