Your Impact

Here's what you could help us achieve with your fundraising

"It was an honour to walk in solidarity and together raise awareness and promote the importance of mental health. Completing the walk was rewarding in a way that helped me feel good mentally, physically and boosted my self-esteem as I felt I had a purpose in contributing to such an important movement."

The GLOW experience

Taking part in GLOW mental health charity walk means you can walk and talk with others who are passionate about mental health, and together, you’ll be helping people across the UK to better understand and manage their mental health.

We want to be one of the city’s featured sights that night, so dressing up is encouraged! Be it glow sticks, luminous face paint, fairy lights, or fun clothes.

Friendly dogs are welcome and can dress up too. Please note that those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.

At the end of the circular route, there will be a medal waiting for you, as well as fantastic memories and a well-deserved feeling of achievement that will last a lifetime.

Registration for GLOW London will close Saturday 3 October.

This is to ensure that people have time to fundraise and reach their target for Mental Health UK.

Does everyone need to fundraise?

add remove

As a charity, we need to ensure that we cover the costs of setting up and running this event, and your fundraising helps with this. Furthermore, your efforts will enable us to continue providing support to people across the UK living with mental health problems to give them the tools they need to live their best possible lives.

Everyone over the age of 17 will need to register to take part and agree to fundraise a minimum target of £200.

Can I take part as a team?

You can, and we’d love for people to gather a team together for the walk! All team members will need to sign up and register as an individual first, with a minimum fundraising target of £200 applying to each person in the team.
