I'm taking on 31 Miles this May for Mental Health UK
This May, I'm taking on 31 miles to support Mental Health UK.
After a tough 2 years suffering from multiple complex diseases I’ve hit some pretty dark times mentally. I’ve been very lucky & blessed with the support from family members & friends but not everyone is as fortunate. So I’m pushing myself this may to help raise awareness & raise as many donations as possible so that everyone gets the support they need.
Mental health affects every part of our lives, and with the right support, people can navigate through the toughest times.
Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and to navigate through life.
I’ve kept quiet about taking part in this fundraiser until now due to lack of confidence…so here goes…

Tuesday 26th May Since Walking this fundraising event and seeing the beautiful scenery & wildlife it has made me realise there’s something beautiful around us always ☺️❤️🌺🪻🐴🦆🦅🐠. It’s certainly helped me this month so far. Thank you for the support ☺️ Share
