Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.

Walking for Mental Health

Hi all,

From 1st of May, I will be doing a 1 mile a day walking for the whole month of May for Mental Health UK. I've struggled with mental health for as long as I can remember and more so in the last 10 years. This will be a way to feel useful,  get healthy and something to focus on.
