I'm taking on 31 Miles this May for Mental Health UK

This May, I'm taking on 31 miles to support Mental Health UK.

Mental health affects every part of our lives, and with the right support, people can navigate event the toughest times.

Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.

If you're able to support me, I'd really appreciate it. Your donation will help more people get the support they need, when they need it most.

Thank you!

Aim

Sunday 3rd May
My aim this month is to do more than the 31 Miles and hopefully go over my target. Which I’m hopeful I’m might so I might think about making it more of a challenge for me.

On the days I work which are 13hour shifts, at then end of each shift I’ll convert roughly how many steps I do into miles as I want to see how much I do in the month of may.

Let’s do this.

My Reason

Tuesday 28th Apr
I am taking part in the 31 Miles in May , Move it for Mental Health 2026, supporting mental health UK because I want to prove to myself that I can do things even when times are hard and to achieve something, instead of just saying I’ll do it and don’t.
I want to do this also for all the people I know and care about that have also struggled with this it’s a thing still not accepted and dealt with correctly, I hope doing this will encourage others to speak up and get the help if they feel they need and to try to improve the support that is given to give back people the belief that they can achieve and they can get through even the hardest of times.
