Mental Health UK is dedicated to providing essential support and resources to individuals and families affected by mental health challenges. With a focus on collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity, they are leading the way in driving positive change within the mental health landscape.
I’m excited to share that I’ll be running the SuperHalfs—Lisbon Half 2025 to support this incredible charity. Having experienced the impact of mental health challenges in my own life and family, this cause is deeply personal to me.
As Shonda Rhimes beautifully says, “You are not alone. You are seen. I am with you.”
