Monday 13th Apr31 Miles in May: Walking for mental health
This May, I’m setting myself a challenge: walking 31 miles over the course of the month. That’s one mile a day — a small, consistent commitment that adds up to something meaningful.
But this isn’t just about steps, fitness, or ticking off miles.
I’m doing it to make a difference.
Each mile I walk is a chance to raise awareness and support for something that matters. It’s about pushing myself a little further each day while also giving others the opportunity to be part of something positive.
Some days will be easy. Others might be tougher — busy schedules, bad weather, low motivation — but that’s part of the journey. It’s a reminder that meaningful change often comes from steady, persistent effort rather than big, one-time actions.
That’s where you come in.
If you’re able to, I’d really appreciate your support. By sponsoring me, you’re not just backing my 31-mile challenge — you’re helping contribute to something bigger. Every bit of support, no matter the size, makes a real impact and keeps me motivated to keep going.
You can also support by sharing this, cheering me on, or even joining me for a walk. The more people involved, the more powerful this challenge becomes.
I’ll be posting updates along the way — the highs, the struggles, and everything in between — so you can follow the journey with me.
Thank you for your support, encouragement, and generosity. Let’s make these 31 miles count.
