I'm taking on 31 Miles this May for Mental Health UK

This May, I'm taking on 31 miles to support Mental Health UK.

Mental health affects every part of our lives, and with the right support, people can navigate event the toughest times.

Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.

If you're able to support me, I'd really appreciate it. Your donation will help more people get the support they need, when they need it most.

Thank you!

My mental health

Tuesday 28th Apr
I've struggled with mental health from a young age and gone through many difficult trails in myself. From losing a ton of weight and a journey that took 10 year to put that weight back on. Still struggling with eating and it worse when I'm around people I don't know.  I've seen the good side of what mental health teams can do to help people and ive seen where people didn't catch that people where going through hell. I've lost too many people to mental health and losing there battle with it. It's why I doing this to raise money to get the funding mental health team needs
