I'm Rhian Chalk — a proud Mental Health Nurse and Mental Health Ambassador for NHS Wales. I'm passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and highlighting the powerful connection between the outdoors and mental wellbeing.
This year, I’m taking on the incredible challenge of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro to raise vital funds for Mental Health UK. Every step of this journey is dedicated to those struggling in silence — to show that hope, help, and healing are possible.
