I'm taking on 31 Miles this May for Mental Health UK

Hi Everyone.

After many many years of struggling with my mental health, I am now on the pathway to a bipolar diagnosis after struggling with what GPs thought was just anxiety. There is still so much stigma attached to mental health so this May, I'm taking on 31 miles to support Mental Health UK in the hope that it will help other people like myself get the correct diagnosis and support they need!

This will also be a personal challenge for me too as my lungs aren't the best due to my severe eosinphillic asthma but it's all for a good cause 😊

Mental health affects every part of our lives, and with the right support, people can navigate event the toughest times.

Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.

If you're able to support me, I'd really appreciate it. Your donation will help more people get the support they need, when they need it most.

Thank you!

Bex ❤️
