Hello, lovely friends, family, and people I haven’t spoken to since school,

Ronnit(my teen, the gift that keeps on giving 😐) and I are doing a charity walk to raise funds for the incredible team at Mental Health UK. Quite honestly(ahem), we'd rather do 10 bushtucker trials but Glow only organise walks - so power waddle it is! 

All jokes aside, we're taking on this challenge for a cause that means the world to us. One in four people in the UK experiences a mental health problem each year. Mental Health UK works tirelessly across the country to provide concrete tools, support networks, and educational programs to help people manage their well-being.

So go ahead skip that fancy high-street coffee (and take away!), drop that money into our donation pot. In return, you get the warm fuzzy feeling of supporting mental health, and we get the agony of walking 6.2 miles!
