While you go to the toilet, on average nearly 7 people have died by suicide.
While you sleep, around 670 people have lost their lives.
Behind every one of these numbers is a son, a brother, a friend - someone who was loved, and someone who felt they had no other way out.
Men are disproportionately affected. They are far less likely to seek help, far more likely to suffer in silence, and far more likely to die by suicide.
This July, my brother (Frankie) and I (Noah) are climbing Mount Kilimanjaro - not just as a physical challenge, but as a statement. A statement that men’s mental health matters. That asking for help is a strength, not a weakness. And that silence can be deadly.
Every step we take towards the summit represents the conversations we need to have, the stigma we need to break, and the lives we can help save.
All funds raised will go directly towards supporting men’s mental health, helping provide early intervention, crisis support, and education - so fewer families have to receive the call no one should ever get.

Wednesday 29th Jul After 6 tough days of trekking, project Kilimanjaro 2026 was successful. Summit night from Kibo huts to Gilmans point was no joke - pitch black, -20 degrees, steep loose gravel incline from midnight till 6.30am. We buckled up and made it. Sunrise on the peak was the most beautiful thing we may ever see in our lives. Thank you all for donating - a great cause and hopefully a step closer to helping the world.Thank you to my Sponsors
