I'm taking on 31 Miles this May for Mental Health UK💚

This May, I’m taking on a challenge that means more to me than I can put into words - a mile a day for Mental Health UK.

This time last year, I lost the ability to walk properly. I spent most of May in a hospital bed, fighting every single day just to find the strength and courage to keep going. It was one of the darkest places I’ve ever been, and honestly, I didn’t have much hope that things would get better.

But they did.

Slowly, with time, support, and determination, I’ve found my way to a better place. And that’s why this matters so much to me. Because mental health struggles can affect anyone, and everyone is fighting something, even if you can’t see it.

I’m doing this not just for myself, but for anyone who feels like they’re stuck in that dark place right now.

Things can change. 

Things can improve.

I’m forever grateful for the love, help, and encouragement I’ve received from my family - I wouldn’t be here without them.
