Mental health help is bullshit
Friday 9th Oct I signed up for the glow 20km walk for many reasons.I suffered a bereavement 6 months ago my lovely wife.
I tried to do something stupid didnt work thank god.
But it was a blessing in disgust. As i finally getting the help i desperately needed. No one should have to get to the level before you are helped
There is so many that are not lucky i am doing the walk for them only. Because they are not here to do it for themselves. I will carry you on my shoulders tommorow brothers and sisters.
