This May, I'm taking on 31 miles to support Mental Health UK.

Mental health affects every part of our lives, and with the right support, people can navigate event the toughest times. 


I myself have always suffered with mental health and know how important it is to to have the help and support around you when you need it the most. 


Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.

Hi I’m Melissa, I’m 26 years old and I have struggled with mental health for nearly half of my life. 

I have been diagnosed with anxiety and have had a fair share of depressive episodes. 

Only recently I have just had my second child a beautiful baby girl and after a little scare with her weight at the beginning I dissociated from her and ended up having postpartum depression. 

I knew however though that I would be okay due to knowing I have such an amazing support network around me, but this isn’t the case for everyone. Which is why I’m doing this challenge. 

I’m walking 31+ miles in May to help raise money for Mental Health UK to help towards funding for other people like myself who aren’t as fortunate as me to have help there for them already. 

Please help with the support by helping me raise money for this amazing charity, which could one day need to help someone you may know.
