This May, I'm taking on 31 miles to support Mental Health UK.
Mental health affects every part of our lives, and with the right support, people can navigate event the toughest times.
Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.

Day 28: 3 miles to go!
Thursday 28th May I can't believe I only have 3 miles to go! This challenge has flown by. Thank you again for all the love, support and donations! It really means a lot to me.
Day 27: I fell over
Wednesday 27th May So I fell over on my walk today, lol. I am ok though, just bumped and scraped up a bit. :( Still on my feet though! I have 4 miles or so left to do and it's my birthday on Sunday. :) Share

Day 24: 25 Miles ahead of the heatwave!
Sunday 24th May I hit 25 miles today! I have a really sore toe but otherwise I am ok. Ginny is also doing fine.
Day 23: Nearly at 24 Miles
Saturday 23rd May I can't believe how fast this challenge is going! I'm at something like 23.85 miles! And there's just over a week to go.

Tuesday 19th May I hit the big 20 miles today! Only 11 more to go!
Day 18: Nearly at 20 Miles
Monday 18th May I am at 19.9 miles so far. I can't believe how close to the next milestone that is! My foot is ok, but it's back to coats and wellies for walks today!
Day 17: 17.4 Miles and an Injured Foot
Sunday 17th May I'm currently at 17.4 miles, and £77! I do have an injured foot though, but I am ok. (I had a blister and now my foot has split, which is very sore, but it's nothing major.)
Day 16: Still going!
Saturday 16th May Just a quick update today. I'm still going, and my buddy Ginny is still going too. :)

Day 11: Starting to struggle
Monday 11th May The miles I did on Friday and Saturday are starting to hit me now. I can't believe I still have 20 miles left to go. I'm at that bit where it seems impossible and I am so tired. My buddy, Ginny the Frenchie, is still leaping around and pelting down lanes though. I don't know what I feed her but she is impossible to wear out. <3

Day 4: Narrowly missed the rain!
Monday 4th May Another day, another walk! Still not hitting the miles but I'm working on it. :) Today it looked like it was going to pour down, and I forgot my coat, but luckily it didn't rain while I was out. Share
Day 3: Sorting my attitude out!
Sunday 3rd May I am being really hard on myself and I don't think that's healthy, haha! I managed another walk today, and am planning some longer ones in the park to catch up. I'm juggling multiple medical issues and the last month of the Uni year as well at the moment, so every mile counts and every mile is a win! Share
