Mental health affects every part of our lives, and with the right support, people can navigate event the toughest times.

Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.

Day 4: Narrowly missed the rain!

Monday 4th May
Another day, another walk! Still not hitting the miles but I'm working on it. :) Today it looked like it was going to pour down, and I forgot my coat, but luckily it didn't rain while I was out. 

Day 3: Sorting my attitude out!

Sunday 3rd May
I am being really hard on myself and I don't think that's healthy, haha! I managed another walk today, and am planning some longer ones in the park to catch up. I'm juggling multiple medical issues and the last month of the Uni year as well at the moment, so every mile counts and every mile is a win!
