Mental health affects every part of our lives, and with the right support, people can navigate event the toughest times.

Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.

Saturday 9th May
Glorious day at the quay today what I thought would be a quick flit on and out as it was hot ended up being a 2 hour stroll looking at all the stalls and catching up with friends.  Another fab day though gettin the miles in after having 2 days poorly x

Sunday 3rd May
So Saturday 2nd May was a lovely day walking binstead whilst doing their binstead trail looking at what people had to sail. Like a massive car boot on peoples drive and a good way to get some steps in.
