Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.

Wednesday 13th May Sometimes we always get stuck in one of those days and struggle with getting out of the rut 😞 the stress of returning to work 🙃 the lack of sleep 😴 the drained feeling you've given all you can but looks like nothing 😞 just wanting to scream to see if it helps but nothing does 😞 got to keep going and pushing yourself as much as you can and keep trying the better days will come 🤞🤞🤞🤞 Share

Tuesday 12th May I am looking to increase miles needed as kids have been with me making me walk/do more each and everyday to help support myself,family and others who are suffering little things can go a long way and help take the pressure off someone's mental and physical health weather it be medical or mental issues together we can help one and other even just a phone call can help, a hello as you pass or just to sit side by side and watch the day pass by in silence, sometimes just being present can be the key! Sometimes thats all we need 💕 Share
