Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.

  Whether you’re navigating Anxiety, Bipolar, BPD, Autism, or ADHD; whether you’re healing from Trauma, living with OCD, or fighting through Depression—your brain is unique, your journey is valid, and you are a beautiful soul who isn't alone🕊️🤗
  ​I’m walking 50miles this month to raise £100 for Mental Health UK.
