This May, I’m taking on a personal challenge — running 31 miles to support Mental Health UK.
This is something that means a lot to me. I’ve struggled with my own mental health from childhood into adulthood, and I’ve also seen how much it can affect the people I love — my children, friends, and family.
Mental health touches every part of our lives. With the right support, even the toughest times can feel a little more manageable.
Mental Health UK does incredible work across the country — in homes, schools, and workplaces — helping people build the confidence and tools they need to navigate life’s challenges.
