I'm taking on 100 Miles this May for Mental Health UK
This May, I'm taking on 100 miles to support Mental Health UK. The minimum mileage is 31 miles, however I thought I would push myself thay step further and do 100 miles over the month of May aswell as entering a 5k, 15k and a half marathon as running helps my mental health.
Mental health affects every part of our lives, and I personally have massively struggled from a young age. Without services like this many children, young people and adults would lack so much support.
Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and confidence to navigate life.
