London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK

I'm taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK!

I want to make a difference to people affected by mental health problems. Every donation, no matter how big or small, brings us one step closer to a world where mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health. Let's turn awareness into action and create a brighter future for all.

Mental Health UK is dedicated to providing essential support and resources to individuals and families affected by mental health challenges. With a focus on collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity, they are at the forefront of driving positive change within the mental health landscape.

🏃‍♀️ RUNNING FOR MENTAL HEALTH UK 🏃‍♀️

Thursday 15th Oct
On 4th April 2027, I’ll be taking on my first ever half marathon, running 13.1 miles for a cause that means so much to me – Mental Health UK.

Mental health is something that has affected me personally, and I know only too well that life can have its tough days. Sometimes, just getting through the day can feel like a challenge in itself.

For me, running has become so much more than putting one foot in front of the other. It’s helped me through some of my hardest days, given me time to clear my head, and reminded me that even when things feel difficult, I can keep going.

Now I want to turn something that has helped me so much into something positive by raising as much money as I can for Mental Health UK.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help me get closer to my fundraising goal. If you’re unable to donate, sharing my post would mean the world to me too.

Mental health affects so many people, and nobody should ever feel like they have to face their struggles alone.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who donates, shares and supports me on this journey.

13.1 miles.  Let's do this! 🏃‍♀️
