Join the Movement: Fundraising for Mental Health UK

Running has become a way for me to challenge myself, clear my mind and appreciate the importance of looking after my mental wellbeing. That's why I've chosen to run the Super Half's - 6 Half Marathons across Europe, in support of Mental Health UK.
Mental health affects us all in some way, and too many people struggle in silence. I want to do something positive to help raise awareness and support the incredible work Mental Health UK does for those who need it most.
