I'm taking on 31 Miles this May for Mental Health UK
This May, I’m taking on the 31 Miles in May challenge to support mental health awareness, a cause that means more to me than I can ever truly explain.
I lost my uncle Marc to suicide, and it has affected me deeply. Losing someone this way leaves questions, pain, and heartbreak that never fully go away.
Knowing someone you care about was hurting so much is something that stays with you, and it’s a reminder of how important it is that people have the support they need before things reach that point.
Mental health struggles are often invisible, and too many people suffer in silence. No one should ever feel like they have to face their darkest moments alone.
Every mile I walk is in memory of my uncle Marc and for everyone who is silently struggling. I want to help raise awareness and funds for support services that can make a real difference when people need it most.
If you’re able to donate or even share this page, it would mean so much to me. Your support could help someone feel heard, supported, and not alone.
In loving memory of Marc Stewart 💚
