Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.

Walking 10,000 Steps a Day for Mental Health UK

I’ve decided to take on a challenge: walking 10,000 steps every day this month to raise funds for Mental Health UK.

Mental health affects us all, and I want to do my part to ensure no one has to face these challenges alone. Physical activity is a huge boost for my own wellbeing, so I’m hitting the pavement to support a cause that provides vital tools and support to those in need.

My Goal: 300,000 steps and a fundraising target of £100
