This May, I'm taking on 31 miles to support Mental Health UK.
Mental health affects every part of our lives, and with the right support, people can get the help they need.
It all happend at the start off the year hearing voices telling me to k#ll my self so I turned to the worst things possible I couldn’t tell nobody I was still acting my bubbly self i didnt want to put my problems onto somone else I thought it wasn’t fair on them.
I recently went through something myself on holiday. I was asleep then I heard the voice at 3am i was drinking a lot of alcohol I couldn’t stand it no more so I went to the beach and stood by sea thinking to swim out and never come back.
But luckily all I could think about was all my love ones. I got taken to hospital on the Saturday I got home after a real bad nights sleep i heard the voice again im not fully there yet but with the help off the closest people who I dearly love im on the mend.
I never believed in mental health untill it happend to me and now ive got a few friends who never did but because I’ve gone through it they now understand.
