This May, I'm taking on 31 miles to support Mental Health UK.
Mental health affects every part of our lives, and with the right support, people can navigate event the toughest times.
Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.
If you're able to support me, I'd really appreciate it. Your donation will help more people get the support they need, when they need it most.
Thank you!

My May challenge
Thursday 30th Apr Mental health can affect more of us than many people realise, in many different ways. Some struggle for a while, some live quietly with issues for a long time. We do not talk about it enough, and sometimes it could be our friends who are suffering silently. We never know what goes on behind other peoples closed doors.Taking part in this challenge is my way of helping to raise a little bit of awareness, and hopefully to help in some small way.
