Koko and I back at it today again!

Monday 11th May
Straight out of work and straight out with Koko! Really loving this and such good progress going so far! Looking forward to my walk everyday!

Sunday 3rd May
Seems as though the rains coming back in today again. Didn’t stop me and Koko from heading out and getting the steps in, 2 miles done today really enjoying this so far. It’s amazing what a walk can do to your day and all for an amazing cause too!

Emma and I took our dog Koko down to the ecos centre today to get the steps in. Really enjoyed it today even though the heavens opened towards the end 🤦🏻‍♂️
