I'm taking on 31 Miles this May for Mental Health UK
For some that don't know I suffer with depression and anxiety and the past couple of months have been hard.
My wife Amy also suffers with anxiety and is also struggling 😞.
I'm doing this to help myself get better, I'm also doing it for my wife and other family members.
Mental health needs to be normalised and definitely us blokes need to be more open about it.
I haven't run in over 10 years or done any other form of exercise so this will be fun 😊.
While I'm doing this I'll be sharing my progress so whoever donates will know I'm doing my part.
I've not set a target as any money will help this charity, if you can't afford a donation please share to raise awareness.

Well done for being open about your mental health issues. These issues are not what define you, but how you deal with them will.
