Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.

Every day, someone is battling mental health — whether it’s depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, or addiction. The challenges can be overwhelming, and sadly, some people lose their lives because of it.
This is something that’s personal to me. I’ve had my own battles with mental health, and I know how difficult it can be when your own mind is working against you.
That’s why I wanted to do this — to show support and help others get the support they need.
