Self care

Thursday 9th Apr
Here is the truth I’ve learned: Self-care isn't about perfection; it’s about finding moments of joy and tranquility in the midst of all the madness.
The Myth of Doing It All
We often fall into the trap of putting everyone else’s needs before our own, or believing we must follow a strict self-care routine to be mentally healthy. But sometimes, the best thing you can do for your mind is to lower the bar.
Take time out for yourself reflect on your priorities in take your time in doing so
Your no good to anyone if your totally burnt out
