Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.

I’m doing a fund raiser for mental health in may which includes walking 31 miles in 31 days which to the people that know me understand since I started driving, I now don’t enjoy walking from my car to the front door. I have been with my wife for 9 years and never really understood much about mental health until recently when she got the help she needed and stated to be able to open up about it. I now understand how hard and draining it can be. If I can do anything to help with mental health, then I’m there for it I’ve had family and friends go through dark times and the help is becoming more and more harder to get. If anyone is able to sponsor me I would be very grateful.
