Mental health affects every part of our lives, and with the right support, people can navigate event the toughest times.

Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.

If you're able to support me, I'd really appreciate it. Your donation will help more people get the support they need, when they need it most.

Thank you!

About Me

Friday 10th Apr
Hi, my name is Harry Baker.

I’m choosing to do run 31miles for mental health because it is a challenge for me to do.

For most people my age, GCSE’d are coming up and that naturally causes and increase in bad mental health, depression and anxiety, so to support not only people my age but anyone suffering from any form of mental health issues, I’m going to face this challenge.

So, what do I ask from you, I ask for you to donate just a little bit of your money or show any support to me during the month of May, all donations will be greatly appreciated even as small as 10p.

Thank you so much for reading!
