I'm Running to Support Mental Health UK

I'm taking on this running challenge to support Mental Health UK, a charity that helps people through some of the toughest moments of their lives.

Mental health affects us all - friends, family, colleagues, the people we love. By fundraising, I want to help make sure people get the support they need when they need it most.

1st Half Marathon Complete!

Monday 13th Apr
Yesterday I ran The London Landmarks Half marathon, and it’s an experience I will never forget! From start to finish the atmosphere was buzzing and the route was absolutely breathtaking! I ran 2:20 and it couldn’t have been done without the support of my friends and family or the mental health uk cheer stations ;)

I am so thankful to have raised over £700 for mental health uk for this race alone! The support and donations mean so much to both me, this charity and the people they help. There is so much more to come and hopefully together we can make an even bigger impact for this charity. 

I have signed up to the Valencia Half in October and Lisbon and Prague next year so keep an eye out for my fundraising events and let’s make a real difference for those struggling with mental health issues 💙

I’m taking on a challenge that’s bigger than just running 🏃‍♂️

This year, I’ll be running not one, but FOUR incredible half marathons — London Landmarks, Valencia, Lisbon, and Prague — all to raise money for Mental Health UK 💚

Mental health is something that affects us all, whether personally or through the people we care about. That’s why I’m pushing myself out of my comfort zone, lacing up my shoes, and showing up on the start line again and again — to help support the vital work Mental Health UK does every day.

Every mile I run is for those who are struggling, for those who feel alone, and for a future where mental health gets the support and understanding it deserves.
