Myself and my colleague Laura are taking on 31 Miles this August for Mental Health UK
This August, we are taking on 31 Miles in August to raise money for Mental Health UK.We will be running 31 miles throughout the month to help ensure more people can access the mental health support they need, when they need it most.
Every donation, no matter the size, will help Mental Health UK continue providing vital services, information and support to people across the UK.

Taking on a Challenge for Mental Health UK
Monday 13th JulHi, we're excited to be taking on a fundraising challenge in support of Mental Health UK.
Mental health affects so many people, and we wanted to do something meaningful to help raise awareness and support the incredible work that Mental Health UK does. While we're looking forward to making a difference, we know this won't be easy. It will push us outside our comfort zones, test our determination, and challenge us along the way.
We're taking on this challenge not only to raise funds but also to show our support for everyone who has experienced mental health struggles. Every donation, no matter the size, will help Mental Health UK continue providing vital support to those who need it most.
