Mental health is something very close to my heart. 🤍
Monday 21st SepThose who know my journey will know that mental health has played a huge part in my life. The impact it has had on me, and on my family, has at times been detrimental and there were moments I never thought I would come out the other side.
But I did. ❤️
Coming through those experiences has changed me. It has given me a deeper understanding of how important it is to speak openly, remove the stigma and remind people that they are never alone.
Mental health is now something I will advocate for for as long as my heart desires. Because sometimes, a conversation, a listening ear or simply knowing someone cares can make all the difference.
I’m raising money to support mental health and the work that goes into helping people through some of their darkest moments.
