I'm taking on 31 Miles this May for Mental Health UK
31 miles in May. One challenge with a bigger purpose.
I’ve been on a long weight‑loss journey, but the truth is my mental health has been the tougher battle. For years I ignored it, bottled everything up, and tried to push through on my own. Like a lot of men, I thought staying silent made me strong. It didn’t — it just made the struggle heavier.
I’m done with that now. I’m choosing honesty. I’m choosing support. I’m choosing to show other men that struggling doesn’t make you weak — hiding it does.
Mental Health UK helps people find the tools and confidence to cope with life’s toughest moments, and I want to help them reach more people like me.
If you’re able to donate or share, I’d really appreciate it. Every bit of support makes a difference.
Thank you!
