I'm taking on 31 Miles this May for Mental Health UK
A month ago, I was completely inactive; a real couch potato. So I decided to change that.
I invested in a trampoline, signed up for a “Step Up” challenge at work, and even started going swimming regularly at my local leisure centre.
Now, just over halfway through, I already feel better both physically and mentally; better than I have in a long time, and I want to keep that momentum.
In May, I'm taking on 31 Miles for Mental Health UK to keep pushing forward, while supporting a cause that means a lot to me.
Mental health affects all of us in one way or another, and the right support can make a huge difference when it’s needed most.
If you’re able to donate, I’d really appreciate it. Every contribution helps support those who need it most.
Thank you for being part of this with me.

My Updates
Woah, we're half way there!
Friday 8th MayMay’s 31 Miles challenge may be complete, but the reason behind it doesn’t stop here, and neither will I.
Thank you to everyone who has donated, shared, supported, or cheered me on while fundraising for Mental Health UK. Every mile was for raising awareness and helping people access support when they need it most.
If you’d still like to donate, there’s still time. Every contribution, no matter the size, genuinely helps.
