Mental health affects every part of our lives, and with the right support, people can navigate event the toughest times.

Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.

Her being in my life hasn't stopped my mental health problems, but she has given me the only reason to keep going and fight through the darkness when it gets to me

For as long as I remember I have always suffered with my mental health, with help from family, Meds and lots of counselling over the years I live a semi normal life.  There are meany people don't matter about age or gender that don't get the help and they feel the only way to stop everything pushing you under is to  free ya self from that, which I get and have tried but now I know there are other ways.  any donations don't mater  the amount helps, so thank you for your help
