A Little Step to Support the Giant Challenge of Mental Health

Thursday 13th Aug

This cause is deeply personal to me. Many years ago, I experienced postpartum depression — an experience that changed how I see the world forever. It taught me that mental health struggles are not something that happen only to "other people" — they are all around us, every single day.

We pass people in the street, sit with colleagues at work, share meals with family and friends — and we rarely know what someone is truly carrying inside. So many people smile through their days while quietly fighting battles no one else can see.

That is why this matters so much. I know firsthand how vital support can be, and I want to help make sure it is there for everyone who needs it. Mental health is a giant challenge — one we cannot face alone. But every small step adds up: every conversation, every act of care, every donation builds a kinder, stronger network for us all.

This is my little step — and I’m asking you to join me. Together, we can ensure no one has to face these struggles in silence, and that help is always within reach.
