Moving Through the Pain: 31 Miles in May
Wednesday 20th MayI have lived with Rheumatoid Arthritis for 20 years now, having been diagnosed at just 13 years old. Living with this condition since childhood means navigating an unpredictable daily battle. RA doesn't just attack my joints; the two decades of chronic pain, severe fatigue, and isolation take a massive toll on my mental health.
This May, I am fighting back by taking on the 31 Miles in May challenge for Mental Health UK. Moving 1 mile a day is a massive mountain for my body, but I am determined to do it—walking on good days and pacing myself through the flares.
Mental health support is a vital lifeline. Every pound raised funds crucial advice lines, tools, and local support across the UK for people navigating their darkest moments.
Please support my journey and help me turn 20 years of pain into purpose.
