GLOW WALK
Thursday 17th SepOn 10th October, I’ll be lighting up London as part of GLOW – a vibrant sponsored 20km walk, shining a light on mental health.
I’ll be walking with my husband and daughters in memory of our much missed son and brother, Michael.
We hope that by raising essential funds for Mental Health UK, we can help provide life-changing support to people across the UK affected by mental health challenges.
Every donation powers vital services, helplines, and resources — helping to ensure no one faces a mental health problem alone.
