Starts tomorrow

Wednesday 30th Apr

Tomorrow marks the start of 31 Miles in May, and I’m lacing up my trainers to take on this incredible challenge in support of Mental Health UK.

The goal? Cover 31 miles throughout the month of May — that’s one mile a day, whether it’s walking, running, or however I can get moving. But it’s about more than just fitness. It’s about raising awareness and funds for Mental Health UK, a charity that brings together over 50 years of experience from four mental health organisations across the UK.

Mental health affects all of us. Whether it's through personal experience or supporting loved ones, we know how important it is to have access to the right help and support when it's needed most. That’s exactly what Mental Health UK is here for — and why I’m proud to be fundraising for them.

How you can help:
I’m asking friends, family, and anyone who’s able to please consider donating to my fundraiser. Every penny goes directly to Mental Health UK and supports their vital work across the country.

I’ll be sharing updates throughout the month — the highs, the lows, the sore feet and all — so feel free to follow along or even join in!

Mental Health Matters

Monday 28th Apr

Mental health affects us all, and it’s a cause very close to my heart. Some days will be easy, others tough — just like mental health battles. But every step is a reminder: no one should struggle alone.

If you can, please support, donate, or simply check in on someone today. Every mile matters. Every conversation matters. Every person matters.

Thank you for being part of this!
