Terms & Conditions

By registering for a Mental Health UK charity place in the Hackney Half Marathon, I agree to:

• Pay the non-refundable registration fee.
• Raise a minimum of £350 (excluding Gift Aid) for Mental Health UK and make every reasonable effort to reach or exceed this target.
• Set up my fundraising page and actively fundraise for Mental Health UK.
• Wear the Mental Health UK running vest (provided) on event day where possible.
• Inform Mental Health UK as soon as possible if I am unable to take part in the event.
• Understand that charity places are allocated at Mental Health UK's discretion and may be withdrawn if the registration fee is not paid or there is no reasonable fundraising activity.
• Take part at my own risk and acknowledge that Mental Health UK accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the event.
• Comply with the event organiser's terms and conditions, rules and safety requirements at all times.
• Agree that my contact details may be shared with the event organiser where necessary for the administration of my place.
