Terms & Conditions

1. Your event place is secured upon payment of the registration fee.
2. You agree to raise a minimum of £200 (excluding Gift Aid) for Mental Health UK.
3. All sponsorship and donations collected in connection with your participation in the event must be paid directly to Mental Health UK and cannot be transferred to another charity.
4. If you can no longer take part in the event, please let Mental Health UK know as soon as possible. Event places are non-refundable and non-transferable unless agreed otherwise by Mental Health UK and the event organiser.
5. You understand that failure to meet the minimum fundraising target may affect your eligibility for future Mental Health UK charity places.
6. You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to take part and for undertaking any training required to participate safely.
7. You agree to follow all rules, regulations and instructions issued by the Great West Run organisers.
8. Mental Health UK accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage sustained as a result of participation in the event, except where required by law.
9. Should the event be cancelled, postponed or amended by the event organiser, Mental Health UK cannot guarantee a replacement place, refund or transfer.
10. Any sponsorship and donations already received by Mental Health UK will continue to support our work and are non-refundable.
11. By registering, you consent to Mental Health UK contacting you about your event participation, fundraising support and event-related information. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. You understand that photographs and video footage may be taken during the event and may be used by Mental Health UK and the event organisers for promotional purposes.
