This August, I'm taking on 31 Miles in August to raise money for Mental Health UK.I'm walking, running or rolling 31 miles throughout the month to help ensure more people can access the mental health support they need, when they need it most.
Every donation, no matter the size, will help Mental Health UK continue providing vital services, information and support to people across the UK.

Wednesday 8th JulMental health affects so many people, including me, and I know firsthand how difficult the daily battles can be. Some days, even getting out of bed feels like an achievement. That's why this sponsored walk means so much to me. Every mile I walk is for those who are struggling in silence, those who feel alone, and those who have lost hope. By raising money, I hope to support charities that provide lifesaving help, raise awareness, and remind people that it's okay to ask for support. If my journey can make even a small difference to someone else's, then every step will be worth it.
