💚 Walking for World Mental Health Day — GLOW London 2025 💚
Wednesday 8th OctThis Saturday, I’ll be joining hundreds of others to walk through central London for GLOW London 2025, in support of Mental Health UK. 🌟
With World Mental Health Day just around the corner, this is the perfect time to shine a light on an issue that touches us all. Mental health challenges can be invisible, but their impact is very real — and no one should have to face them alone.
By taking part in this walk, I hope to help raise awareness, start conversations, and raise vital funds for Mental Health UK, who provide life-changing support to those in need.
